The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a critical leadership role responsible for setting the company's overall technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy. This role requires a blend of senior deep technical expertise, deep knowledge of AI and LLMs, ability to lead the vision both internally and outside the company.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Vision & Leadership: Define and own the entire technical roadmap, architecture (system and model), and implementation strategy for all product and internal tools, focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.

Product Evangelist. Become a public advocate for the product, participate and present in relevant conferences, be active in standards bodies.

AI/Research Collaboration: Partner closely with AI Researchers to successfully implement LLM-based and big data-driven solutions for complex, real-world scientific applications.

Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of scalable, cloud-based infrastructure and continuous integration/delivery processes

Key Requirements

• 10 years or more experience in software development companies.

• Proven track record as a hands-on CTO or Senior Tech Lead, and extensive experience building and deploying complex, high-impact systems from scratch

• Experience in presenting technology to different types of audiences.

• Proficiency in Hebrew is highly desired.
