The Head of Product Management will be responsible for defining the strategy, vision, roadmap and feature set for the company’s internal tools, ensuring they meet the needs of elite scientific and decision-making users. This role bridges the gap between the end-users (scientists/strategists/analysts) and the technical development team.
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap for the advanced AI and big data intelligence tools, aligning them with the company’s mission.
User Focus: Gather requirements and feedback from prospects, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure products are intuitive, effective, and solve their high-impact scientific and research needs.
Feature Definition: Translate user needs and research outputs (LLMs, data models) into clear, detailed product requirements and user stories for the development and engineering teams.
Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design (including data visualization elements) through development, testing, and deployment.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of advancements in AI, data engineering, and geopolitical intelligence space to maintain a competitive and cutting-edge product offering.
Key Requirements
5 years or more of proven product management experience
exceptional communication skills
Ability to work effectively with highly technical teams (AI/Data Engineering) and elite scientific users.
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products and high-impact use cases is highly desirable.
