The Administrative Manager will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our fast-moving AI startup, ensuring organizational excellence and operational clarity across the company. This is not a passive support role—it is a position of ownership, trust, and visibility.
You will work closely with leadership, researchers, and external stakeholders to keep the company running smoothly, acting as a reliable point of coordination internally and a professional representative externally.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate internal and external calls.
Track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups across teams
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and client interactions.
Act as a professional representative of the company in communications with clients and partners.
Key Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks in parallel
Strong sense of ownership and accountability; a team player who takes initiative
Bonus Points
Previous experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles
Experience working in startups or fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
Comfort coordinating across time zones and with external stakeholders
