The Administrative Manager will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our fast-moving AI startup, ensuring organizational excellence and operational clarity across the company. This is not a passive support role—it is a position of ownership, trust, and visibility.

You will work closely with leadership, researchers, and external stakeholders to keep the company running smoothly, acting as a reliable point of coordination internally and a professional representative externally.

Core Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.

Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate internal and external calls.

Track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups across teams

Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and client interactions.

Act as a professional representative of the company in communications with clients and partners.

Key Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

  • Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor

  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks in parallel

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability; a team player who takes initiative


Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles

  • Experience working in startups or fast-paced, resource-constrained environments

  • Comfort coordinating across time zones and with external stakeholders
