The Full Stack / Back-End Developer will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the company’s AI infrastructure and data systems. This position combines software engineering, data integration, and hands-on development of production-grade applications powered by LLMs and big data pipelines. The developer will work closely with AI researchers and product teams to bring cutting-edge research to life through robust, efficient, and scalable systems.

Core Responsibilities

Back-End Development: Design, implement, and scale core back-end infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines supporting production AI systems.
Integration: Build and integrate LLMs and big data components into user-facing and internal applications.
Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams to translate technical capabilities into functional products.
Deployment & Performance: Manage deployments and continuously improve CI/CD, cloud architecture, and overall system performance.
Technical Leadership: Contribute to key early-stage technical decisions and help define engineering best practices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Front-End Collaboration: Work with front-end engineers and designers to build client-facing dashboards and tools for data visualization and insight delivery.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Python, Node.js, or similar back-end frameworks.

• Proficiency with AWS/GCP, Docker, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Experience with data pipelines, API development, or LLM integrations is a plus.

• Proficiency in Hebrew is highly desired.
